VATA TEA
What is Vata?
In Ayurveda, Vata
is one of the three fundamental principles in physiology. It governs
the nervous system and is also responsible for all movements and
sensations in the body. It is light, dry, cold, mobile, quick,
non-slimy and rough.
When Vata is in
balance, one feels energetic, happy and enthusiastic. The mind is
calm, clear and alert. The sense organs are efficient and other
